Capcom updated the Monster Hunter Portable 3rd site with profiles of four brand new monsters to hunt. Let’s take a look at them.
Herbivore type: Zuwaroposu
These territorial beasts have thick, heat resistant skin. You can often find them submerged in a forest or in a waterfront by a volcano.
Pelagus type: Rangurotora
Protected by a red carapace, these monsters can surprise hunters by rolling into a fight. To prevent prey from escaping, Rangurotoras have a paralytic toxin on their tongues. You’ll find these monsters around volcanoes and deserts.
Bird Wyvern type: Gagua
In Yukumo village Gagua are domesticated creatures. In the wild, Gagua tend to inhabit mountain streams.
Leviathan type: Hapurubokka
These dangerous monsters lurk in sand dunes and wait for prey to walk in their mouths. Known for their voracious appetites often ingest a mouthful of sand with their meal. Hapurubokka evolved an organ that lets them spit sand out at enemies, which is one of their attacks.
