Monster Hunter Rise End of April Update Patch Size Revealed

Monster Hunter Rise April Patch

The official Monster Hunter Twitter has revealed how large the upcoming end of April update patch will be for Monster Hunter Rise. Those who have already updated their game will only need 0.9GB of available space on their Nintendo Switch. However, if you haven’t downloaded the day one patch and other subsequent updates, you’ll need 1.5GB space available. This news arrives just after an upcoming Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Stories 2 broadcast announcement.

While Capcom didn’t mention how long the presentation will be, new information regarding Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Stories 2 will be revealed sometime during the broadcast. Additionally, this comes before the expected end of April update patch for Monster Hunter Rise. Previously, the developers revealed that a Free Title Update for Monster Hunter Rise would appear at the end of April. This update will add the Chameleos an Apex Rathalos to the game. However, there were plans to add more monsters in this update. Those monsters have yet to be revealed.

However, the Free Title Update will add more than just a handful of monsters into the game. The Hunter Rank cap will effectively be removed from the game once the update goes live. Additionally, a second Free Title Update is in the works, with more information arriving at a later date.

Monster Hunter Rise is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch.
