Monster Hunter Rise Version 3.1 Update

Monster Hunter Rise 3.1 Update Announced

Capcom unveiled the new Monster Hunter Rise Version 3.1 Update, which will be available starting June 24, 2021. The patch will include new event quests, dancing gestures, voices, and layered gear. Capcom announced the update at its E3 2021 presentation along with a trailer.

The trailer revealed the various event quests and rampages that will be included in the new update, such as a new Chameleos hunt and an Almudron rampage mission.

Here’s a list of the new downloadable content that Capcom will add:

  • “Almudron: Fashion Victim” event quest
  • “Fooled in the Flooded Forest” Chameleos event quest
  • “Heart of a Hero” Diablos and Tigrex arena event quest
  • “An Icy Blade So Bright” Goss Harag event quest
  • Black Leather Legs leg armor
  • “Play Possum” gesture
  • Shadow Shades head armor
  • Festival themed sticker set

Additionally, the update will also include new paid DLC content such as new character voices and layered armor. Rhondine and the Shopkeeper are the two next character voices to be added. Two new Cohoot skins will change your winged friend into a penguin, or dress it up in a sailor outfit. Palicos and Palamutes will also get new yukata outfits, and players will get new masks.

Monster Hunter Rise is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch. The Monster Hunter Rise 3.1 update will release on June 24, 2021. A PC port of the game is also planned to release sometime in 2022.
