Capcom added Wii Speak support to the Western version of Monster Hunter Tri. Nintendo of Europe announced the news this morning and a Wii Speak bundle.

When Capcom released Monster Hunter Tri in Japan it wasn’t Wii Speak compatible. The only way you could chat was through a USB keyboard and through pre-set messages. While both work, live chat is much more useful when a Lagiacrus is closing in and you need to shout “help!”

Monster Hunter Tri comes out here on April 6. Still no word if Capcom will charge online fees for online play like Japan or not.
