XSEED announced that the Little Chicken Game Company vampire life and farming sim Moonlight Peaks will show up on the PS5 after Halloween. That version of the game will launch on November 17, 2026. It will cost $34.99, just like the Switch, PC, and Android versions. There will also be a PlayStation Plus Premium two-hour trial of it once it debuts.
The PS5 version of Moonlight Peaks will be identical to the versions already on the Switch, Switch 2, PC, and Android devices. So we’re still a vampire heading to the titular town to live in their mother’s former family home to get out from under our famous vampire father’s influence and live life in our own way. We’ll run a farm there, as well as get to befriend the other supernatural beings who live in the town. Since it is about creatures of the night, all of our actions do take place in the evening and we sleep during the day. Also, magical abilities play a part when it comes to tending crops or transforming into a bat to fly around town. XSEED did confirm that all of the patches Little Chicken Game Company released for other platforms so far will be present here, adding more quality of life features and bug fixes.
This comes alongside a sale for the game. It is currently reduced on both the Nintendo eShop and Steam. That makes it $27.99 on the Switch and PC and $31.99 on the Switch 2 until November 5, 2026. There will also be a one-week launch sale for the PS5 version that brings the price down to $27.99 from November 17-24, 2026.
The Moonlight Peaks PS5 release date is November 17, 2026, and it can already be found on the Switch, Switch 2, PC, and Android devices.
