Netherrealm Studios has offered a detailed new look at the Mortal Kombat 11 Joker. The character will be added to the roster on January 28, 2020 for Kombat Pack owners and on February 4, 2020 for everyone else. In addition to showing off all of his moves, there’s a quick peek at some of the DC Comics DC Elseworlds Skin Pack outfits that arrive alongside him. In fact, he faces the Killer Kroc version of Baraka throughout his demonstration.

The video shows attempts to ensure the Joker’s personality comes through with attacks. He has comically large boxing gloves that he can use to punch an opponent. There’s a Batman hand puppet with a gun in its mouth, and Joker makes it say, “I’ll save the day.” He has an exploding Jack-in-the-box. His one finishing move even makes it seem like he’s bringing “Friendships” back, until the cake he gives Baraka explodes.

There are also glimpses of the new DC Elseworlds costumes. Baraka has a Killer Croc skin. We see Kitana’s Katwoman of Outworld attire too. The third skin in this pack is Noob Saibot’s Darkest Knight. Additionally, there will be a Time Lord of Apokolips Geras skin too.
