Move Over Siri, Neptune Can Act As Your iOS Personal Assistant

Need a personal assistant? Forget Siri and hire Neptune. Compile Heart’s Hyperdimension Neptunia app has a clock, alarm, and schedule functions. Select clock and Neptune will tell you the time. She says different things depending on the time of day, date, and even has special greetings for holidays. Neptune can also act as an alarm clock to wake you up and remind you about meetings when you select schedule.

The Hyperdimension Neptunia app uses Live 2D, an engine that makes 2D characters come to life. The app is free, but if you purchase additional content it becomes a communication game. Using the app builds your friendship level and changes what Neptune says to you. You can also unlock Noire and a camera feature to take pictures with the girls from Gamindustri.

You can download the app from iTunes for free, but please note it’s only in Japanese. NIS America is working on an English version for release at a later date.
