SNK Playmore still has more characters for The King of Fighters XIII to reveal, a source tells Siliconera. Art of Fighting final boss Mr. Karate will be a playable character in The King of Fighters XIII. However, you will need to unlock the extra fighter through downloadable content. Takuma Sakazaki, Mr. Karate’s true identity, is a playable character in The King of Fighters XIII.

Another character yet to be revealed is being called "NESTS" Kyo. This version of Kyo Kusanagi will have a different set of moves based on his appearance in The King of Fighters ’99. NESTS Kyo will also be released as downloadable content.
The King of Fighters XIII is slated for release on November 22.
