In February, the maniac shooter maker said Espgaluda II would be their last region free game for the time being. We’re glad to say the time for region locked releases is up.
Muchi Muchi Pork & Pink Sweets will be region-free.
Makoto Asada, Producer at Cave, said to Kotaku, "We have received a lot of requests and support from overseas for our upcoming twin Xbox 360 shooter release: Muchi-Muchi Pork and Pink Sweets Double Pack. Next February marking a year since our last region-free package release, I have decided to release this pack region-free."
In addition to arcade ports of Pink Sweets and Muchi Muchi Pork, the Xbox 360 bundle also has a special version of Muchi Muchi Pork where you battle bosses from Pink Sweets. Look for the pastel pack of shooters at an import retailer near you on February 24, 2011.
