The system itself is a 25” tall, 28lb unit with a 17” LCD screen with 1280×1024 resolution. Up to two people can play at once, and it does not support MVS cartridges. For $449.99, you get it, the power supply, a start guide, and the Faq page claims figures of Terry Bogard and Iori Yagami are packed in. An optional 32” base is also available for $99.99, though someone can get the MVSX Home Arcade and base together for $499.99.
