Namco Bandai Making A “Chemical Action RPG”

Recommended Videos

Element Hunters is a new anime series where a group of kids recover elements (no, not fire, earth, and heart — think periodic table elements) from a parallel Earth after they vanish from our planet. Namco Bandai got the rights to the series and are making an Element Hunters games for the Nintendo DS.

Not much is known about the title aside from a few tidbits. The genre is “chemical action RPG” and up to three people can play the game. Element Hunters is slated for release this fall so more details should be coming in.

Until we hear anything concrete I’m going to hope for a Secret of Mana meets Dune type of game.
