Natural Doctrine will be available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4 on September 30 in North America and October 3 in Europe. The strategy RPG has mostly the same content across all three systems except for a set of PlayStation 4 exclusive DLC missions. In Japan, these were announced way after Natural Doctrine launched.
Siliconera confirmed with NIS America that the PS4 challenge missions where Jeff enters the Gorian Hive and battles the Gorian Queen. Just like Japan, these missions will be PlayStation 4 exclusive content.
Also, the patch with easy mode and a battle speed up option will be included in the US build. Kadokawa Games added more multiplayer missions, an additional tutorial, tips on how to clear levels, and increased checkpoints in the update, too. This was released as a downloadable update in Japan.
