Need a reason to import Gyakuten Saiban 4?

Are you bummed by the semi-fact that Gyakuten Saiban 4 may not be released here in the U.S.? Does it bother you that Gyakuten Saiban 3, a GBA exclusive title release only in Japan, never made it to U.S. shores either?
