Entergram opened the Steam page for the Hololive Vtuber Nekomata Okayu PC visual novel Okayu Nyumu R, and it confirmed there will be an English translation. It is the follow-up to Okayu Nyumu, which appeared on the Switch, PS4, and PC and also appeared in English in August 2025. This only applies to the PC version, however, as there is no such update for the Switch and PS4 games that appeared in March 2026.
Okayu Nyumu R is a follow-up to the original game. As such, it’s already established that you know and have a relationship with Okayu. As it begins, Okayu suggests the two of you go to Aomori for ideas for a food fair. So it is essentially a vacation simulator. The Hololive Vtuber herself also supplied voice acting for the adventure, and other performers like Inugami Korone make cameo appearances just like in the original.

Entergram’s worked on a number of visual novel games based on Hololive Vtubers. In addition to these two based on Nekomata Okayu, there is also Minato Aqua’s Aquarium. The PC version is also available with an English translation if you pick it up on Steam.
Okayunyumu R is available for the Switch, PS4, and PC in Japan, and the Steam version is on the way.
