Gust shared a new batch of screenshots for Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World showing more of the town-building aspects, including various facilities from the Atelier series.
In Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists, you’ll get to build any facility of your choice wherever you’d like. Players will be free to make any kind of town. In the everyday town-building of the game, you can build all kinds of facilities so long as you have the money for it.
You unlock more facilities by advancing through the game, and you’ll have over 200 different types of facilities to build by the end of the game. This includes facilities you’ve seen in the Atelier series. Of the plus-200 facilities, there are numerous that were made based on facilities you’ve seen in the Atelier series.
This includes the Salburg and Gramnad series that marked the very beginning.
There are also facilities from the Iris and Mana Khemia series.
By visiting characters on your days off or by helping them out with any requests, you’ll increase your friendship level with the residents. Once this level gets high enough, it unlocks special facilities or landmarks based on those characters. For example, we have a Pie Shop for Rorona and the Balloon Docks for Logy.
Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists launches for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch in Japan on January 31, 2019. It’ll come to the West on March 26 in North America and March 29 in Europe for PS4, Switch, and PC. Check our previous report for a look at its latest trailer.
