Neon Genesis Evangelion 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time, the final movie and conclusion to the series, has made over 82 million yen during its first day at the Japanese box office. The total revenue for the first day was shared through the official Studio Khara Twitter account. Additionally, total ticket sales for the first day were revealed. A more precise number regarding total revenue for the first day is ¥82,774,200 or $761,617. The official Studio Khara Twitter notes that this “is a good start,” and that the numbers so far are very good.
