The King of Fighters XIII comes with two new characters on disc. Players can unlock Billy Kane and Saiki through regular play. Atlus revealed Iori with the Power of Flames and this video shows what NESTS Kyo can do.

While SNK has not announced NESTS Kyo, this video clearly shows him as an extra character. Siliconera learned earlier NESTS Kyo along with Mr. Karate will be releases as downloadable characters for The King of Fighters XIII.
