Netflix’s Castlevania series confirmed Season 3 back in November 2018 but we finally got a release date—March 5, 2020.
Director Samuel Deats previously mentioned in December that they were working on the last episode of the season. Additionally, Season 3 will feature ten episodes. Season 2 had eight episodes to top Season 1’s four episodes when it debuted in July 2017.
The Castlevania series on Netflix is a partial retelling and reboot by writers Adi Shankar and Warren Ellis, of Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse, which first released in Japan in December 1989 for Famicom. It would go on to release for the NES in North America in September 1990 and eventually in Europe in December 1992.
