Netflix shared big news about the One Piece live-action cast. We now know who will play Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji. The actors appeared in a video and there are “wanted” posters for each one. One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda also released a statement about the decision.
Here is the full One Piece Netflix live-action adaptation cast list:
- Monkey D. Luffy is Inaki Godoy
- Roronoa Zoro is Mackenyu
- Nami is Emily Rudd
- Usopp is Jacob Romero Gibson
- Sanji is Taz Skylar

And here’s Oda’s statement. He noted that they needed “to hurry and announce [the cast list] or else it’ll be leaked.”

The last update on the show appeared back in September 2021. Netflix shared a screenshot of a the first episode’s script.
The Netflix live-action adaptation of One Piece is in development. It will air worldwide on the service. It is also working on a Yu Yu Hakusho live-action adaptation.
