The original series ran for four seasons between 2017 and 2021, and it adapted Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse for the NES. It also included characters and elements from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness for the PS2.

The Castlevania: Nocturne anime series is coming to Netflix on September 28, 2023. A digital livestream premiere event for the series will start on September 27 at 9am PT/12pm ET, and it will be available from the Netflix YouTube and Twitch channels.
