New Dragon Quest Swords Scans

Jeux-France posted up some new Shonen Jump scans of Square-Enix’s latest Dragon Quest game Dragon Quest Swords for the Nintendo Wii a while back. These scans show more gameplay screens and details gameplay a bit more such as being able to temper his sword throughout the game to improve both its strength and durability. Furthermore, battles will make use of the Wiimote by players using the Wiimote as a sword. All those childhood memories you had of swinging a stick around, pretending it was a Master Sword of sorts, will finally be of some use since, you know, you’ll be hacking and slashing away with the Wiimote.

I don’t know how much hack and slash will be involved, but it’s a start right?
