Following a numbered update with no new battlesuit, HoYoVerse confirmed there will be a new Seele Vollerei one showing up in Honkai Impact 3rd 8.9. It will be called Wings of Panacea. As 8.8 is running through most of June 2026, we’re expecting that to probably appear on June 25, 2026. The only new addition in 8.8 was an AstralOp debut. That was for Bailu Youyun.
This initial teaser for Seele is purely cosmetic. We get to see her new outfit. The announcement suggested it has a medical theme, which is where the “panacea” element of it comes in. She will be an S-rank unit.

While this Seele Battlesuit isn’t live in the global version of the game yet, it did already appear overseas. This means we know some other details about it. It is a Stardust type that deals Lightning damage. She’ll use a scythe to fight, which is tradition for this character. She’ll also support the Astral Ring mechanic.
This will mark the fifth version of Seele in the game. Past ones included Herrscher of Rebirth, Starchasm Nyx, Stygian Nymph, and Swallowtail Phantasm.
Honkai Impact 3rd is available for PCs and mobile devices, and the Wings of Panacea Seele Battlesuit will debut in the 8.9 update expected to appear at the end of June 2026.
