Namco Bandai’s new Nodame Cantabile game is more Wii Music than Elite Beat Agents. The game has thirty songs to play, but you don’t tap beats anymore. In Nodame Catabile: Music Fun Time, you conduct by sliding the stylus.
Notice how Nodame is rendered as a 3D model? Players can change his clothes and Chiaki’s outfit too. Both characters are playable.
Aside from concert mode, you can listen to 190 songs in “my room” which lets players set up ten playlists. Fans can also brush up on their music appreciation in the music salon. This mode has scenes from the manga and classical music trivia. Study well, there is also a quiz mode with over 650 questions to tackle.
Nodame Cantabile: Music Fun Time is scheduled to come out in Japan on February 18, 2010. Head over to Impress Watch to see a ton of screenshots.
