Sony covered some of its upcoming PlayStation Classics games during the June 2026 State of Play and confirmed that both Gitaroo Man and Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams are on the way to the PS4 and PS5. They will be part of the library available to Premium-tier subscribers, and the nature of these releases means they’ll also be available to buy piecemeal from the PlayStation Store after their launch.

Basically, three games are confirmed for PlayStation Classics over the next three months, with the first being Gitaroo Man. That was a PS2 rhythm game that also eventually appeared on the PSP. That will show up in June 2026 and be the first of the promised titles.

The second game shown is Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy. It’s an action-adventure game with stealth elements that appeared on the PS2, Xbox, and PC back in the day. That will be part of the collection in July 2026.

Finally, Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams will be part of the PlayStation Classics game collection update in August 2026. That’s another entry in that action series. It showed up worldwide on the PS2 and followed the events of the third mainline games.

Prior to these releases, the May 2026 PlayStation Classics game was Time Crisis. That added gyro aim as a new feature. And in April 2026, we saw Wild Arms 4 return.
