Plush versions of the Pokemon Legends Arceus Hisuian starter Pokemon—namely, Decidueye, Typhlosion, and Samurott—will appear from August 10, 2022, on the Pokemon Center online storefront. They will also be available in the physical locations from August 11, 2022. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
Each Pokemon plush will cost 4,400 JPY, which is around $33. You can order them from the Pokemon Center’s Amazon page as well. This means that international customers will be able to purchase and get these items. However, the Pokemon Center website itself does not offer overseas shipping.
The starter Pokemon of Pokemon Legends Arceus all originated from previous generations. Decidueye is from Sun/Moon, Typhlosion is from Gold/Silver, and Oshawott is from Black/White. Aside from the Hisuian forms looking different, they are also different types. For example, normal Decidueye is a Grass/Ghost type, whereas Hisuian Decidueye is Grass/Fighting.

As of the time of writing, the plushes are not on the Amazon storefront. They are also not on the Pokemon Center website, so their exact dimensions and sizes are unknown.
