In Japan, Broccoli has a line of Choco Sta cell phone holders. These have a cute and iconic character, designed by Tsunako, attached to a stand on the side of a PULCRA cell phone holder. The latest figure to join the line is one of Hyperdimension Neptunia’s Nepgear.
The Choco Sta Nepgear figure stands at 80mm tall, alongside a smartphone stand that’s 126mm tall and 174mm wide. The stand works with all standard-sized smartphones. The Nepgear figure can be detached from the stand and displayed separately. She is also interchangeable with all existing Choco Sta stands and characters.
People can find the Choco Sta Nepgear at both AmiAmi and Play-Asia. She’s ¥3,024 (~$26) at the former, and $27.99 at the latter. The AmiAmi pre-order includes a Nepgear coaster. The figure and stand will be released in July.
Nepgear will be the twelfth character released in the Choco Sta series. Previous characters include Rin, Nico, Umi, Hanayo, Minami, Eri, Honoka, Maki, and Nozomi from Love Live! School Idol Festival. Ones featuring Shirley from Amairo Islenauts and Erina from Dracu-Riot are also planned.
