Next SaGa Game Is Going Slow But Steady, Says Series Creator

Recommended Videos

The SaGa series turns 25 this year, and series creator Akitoshi Kawazu has been talking about making a new game. Earlier this month, he mentioned that fans will have to wait a little longer for details, and he recently shared an extra update with Dengeki.

“I can’t really announce much about the new SaGa game, but making an announcement for the new game comes before anything,” says Kawazu. “And I’m sure that’s what the fans want, as well. And actually, that’s all I’ve been thinking about.”

“As far as the new game goes, things are meandering along, bits at a time, but it’s advancing steadily, so please don’t worry.”

Since it seems like we’ll be waiting a little longer for some news on the game, for the time being, you guys can check out the recently released Romancing SaGa’s remastered original soundtrack in our earlier report.
