One of the Future Games Show Summer Showcase SGF 2026 reveals ended up being a new DLC expansion for Vampire Survivors called Legacy of the Bloodmoon. There’s no release date yet, but it will come to all platforms. A first trailer did appear, and the Steam product page teased details about the new Red Moon Manor XL stage, characters, weapons, and soundtrack songs.
First, here’s a list of five of the over ten new characters who will join Vampire Survivors.
- Ashtart
- Baal’Thasar
- Calogero Bloodmoon
- Malice Bloodmoon
- Sargon
Four of the over 16 new weapons came up.
- Blacken Firmament
- FireBall
- Incineration
- Scarlet Needle
All eight of the new songs that will be joining the Vampire Survivors soundtrack in the add-on were confirmed. Here’s what we’ll hear:
- “Borrowed Feathers”
- “Grasp All”
- “Legacy of the Bloodmoon”
- “It’s Her Nature”
- “Lose All”
- “What He Wished For”
- “When You Took Him In”
- “You Knew What He Was”

Poncle’s most recent work ahead of this Vampire Survivors expansion was an entirely new game. It put together the spin-off Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard. That’s a roguelike deck-builder that involves exploring Wizardry style dungeons. It also was involved with the VR version of Vampire Survivors back at the end of 2025.
Vampire Survivors is available for the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices, and the Legacy of the Bloodmoon DLC expansion will arrive in 2026.
