Ni No Kuni II Kingdom Building Trailer Shows How A City Changes

Recommended Videos

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is a game about Evan Pettiwhisker, former king of Ding Dong Dell, attempting to rebuild after being ousted from his kingdom and throne. While part of that involves taking part in JRPG staples like exploring a world and fighting in battles, it also means actually rebuilding. Kingdom Building is a major mechanic in the game, and a brief trailer from Bandai Namco shows how Evan’s new kingdom can grow as you play.

The brief video begins by showing Evan entering a rather rudimentary town. It is small, the walls are wooden, and some buildings are clearly under construction. It then fast forwards to show what major changes may come if people invest time in managing their kingdom.

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will come to the PlayStation 4 and PC on March 28, 2018.
