Ni no Kuni II’s New Trailer Shows What Awaits In The Tale Of A Timeless Tome DLC

Bandai Namco released a new trailer for Ni no Kuni II’s next DLC, The Tale of a Timeless Tome, where Evan and friends will face “Nightmares,” encounter a legendary spell book, and enter the Solosseum Slog arena.

In The Tale of a Timeless Tome, Evan and his friends hear about a rumor surrounding a mysterious rabbit dressed in a tuxedo that is being seen in people’s dreams. He then decides to investigate it by staying at the Goldpaw Inn. However, when he falls asleep, he finds himself in a dream world, where he encounters the rabbit who tells them he is the “conductor.” 

In addition to the new story elements, the DLC adds new Methods to help customize battle styles, including the “Wizards Companion,” which may sound familiar to those who played Wrath of the White Witch. 

Lastly, the Solosseum Slog is a new battle arena that challenges players against tough enemies. Winning here will get you new items as a reward.

Ni no Kuni II is available on PlayStation 4 and PC. The Tale of a Timeless Tome DLC arrives on March 19 for $14.99 or included as part of the Season Pass.
