NieR: Automata Demo Video Compares PS4 Vs. PS4 Pro Graphics And Frame Rates

Recommended Videos

We previously got a look at some screenshots comparing NieR: Automata’s looks between PS4 and PS4 Pro, but we got ourselves an even closer look from DigitalFoundry’s latest video.

The following correction from DigitalFoundry has been provided on the video info: At the end of the video we refer to a frame-rate drop happening outside of gameplay. It is a playable area, but not critical to the action.

As previously detailed, the PS4 version has a 1600×900 resolution while the PS4 Pro is set at 1920×1080. The PS4 version also comes with motion blur to give the action a “smoother and refreshing feeling” to it.

NieR: Automata releases in Japan on February 23, North America on March 7, and Europe on March 10, 2017 for PlayStation 4. The PC version will be available sometime in 2017.
