If you want to play either of those games or Mushihime-sama Futari Ver. 1.5 swing by Microsoft’s booth at Tokyo Game Show.
Microsoft’s TGS lineup is mostly a showcase for third party developers. Halo 3: ODST, Forza Motorsport 3, and Borderlands are their only first party titles. Borderlands is really from 2K Games, but Microsoft is publishing it in Japan. While they picked up Borderlands as a second party game, Microsoft completely dropped Ninety-Nine Nights II, a franchise they originally developed and still own, and handed the title over to Konami.
