Nintendo Badge Arcade Updates Ending In Europe

Recommended Videos

Last month, the Nintendo Badge Arcade in Japan revealed it would no longer be updated past May 26, 2017. Now, Nintendo of Europe has made a similar announcement. June 23, 2017 will be the last day new badges will be added to the arcade.

On June 30, 2017, the European Nintendo Badge Arcade will begin rotating existing badge catchers. This will give people an opportunity to get badges they may have missed over the past few months and years. People will also get two free plays every day.

This  is happening due to a storage issue. The Nintendo Badge Arcade has reached the upper limit on save data capacity in both Japan and Europe, which means there is no room for no badges. Nintendo of America has yet to say when the North American Nintendo Badge Arcade updates will end.

Nintendo Badge Arcade is available for the Nintendo 3DS.
