Nintendo has shared a new video to address some potential issues with the Switch’s Joy-Con controllers and their attaching wristwrap. With the wristwrap, there is the possibility that some may attach the piece incorrectly to the Joy-Con, making it difficult to take off.
In the following video, Nintendo shows us how to remove the wristwrap by unlocking the lock, holding the strap and front side of the Joy-Con, and then pulling off the Joy-Con.
