Nintendo’s First Super Bowl Ad Is For The Nintendo Switch

Nintendo has announced it will be running its first Super Bowl ad this year. Appearing during Super Bowl LI’s fourth quarter on February 5, 2017, the commercial shows off both the Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, one of the system’s most prominent launch games. The entire video is set to Imagine Dragons’ “Believer.”

 

The Nintendo Switch ad appearing during Super Bowl LI will be 30 seconds long. However, both the 30 second and a 90 second extended cut have been released online.

The Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will launch on March 3, 2017.
