In Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia, new characters are being added regularly. While ones appearing in new chapters are constantly available, others that come up during limited time events appear briefly until being added as a permanent Lost Chapter. Final Fantasy XV’s Noctis originally joined the global version of the game at the end of November 2018, before disappearing in December 2018. Now, he’s returning to Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia again.

Royal Hope has returned in the Lost Chapters section of Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. This means people can go through the questline to recruit Noctis. In addition, you can get a chance to earn a 15CP five-star Engine Blade weapon and five-star Prince’s Fatigues armor by completing missions.

In addition to reappearing, Noctis has been rebalanced. He is getting a new ability called Set Warp Advance. Once triggered, Shooting Star, Death Drop, and Warp Strike all become their + variants, players can choose when to trigger a Shooting Star+ Knock Back, and he gets MAX BRV overflow for two turns. With the Bloom Stone passive, the BRV overflow duration lasts two turns longer and players get one additional Set Warp Advance use.

As part of Noctis’ rebalancing, a number of Crystal Passive Adjustments have been made to the character.

Here is the official list of Crystal Passive Adjustments:

Crystal STR 54 “All Buff Boost Speed”

    Pre-adjustment:

    • Moderately raises party’s MAX BRV, slightly raises party’s SPD with active buffs
