Every year, Nintendo of America prepares a mall tour that gives people a chance to go to their nearest mall to play both old and new Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii U games. This year’s Play Nintendo Tour 2016 will kick off on June 17, 2016, and run until September 5, 2016. It will come to 12 cities this year.
This year’s Play Nintendo Tour is focused on Nintendo 3DS games. There will be Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, Kirby: Planet Robobot, Mario Kart 7, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby, Yo-Kai Watch, and Yoshi’s New Island areas and props, as well as Mario, Donkey Kong, and Kirby guest appearances. All of the Play Nintendo Tour 2016 Nintendo 3DS games are immediately available, except for Kirby: Planet Robobot. It will be released on June 10, 2016.
