Number Crunching, Castle Climbing In The Next Chocobo Mini-Game Collection

H.a.n.d. and Square Enix are stuffing over forty mini-games in Chocobo and the Magic Storybook: The Witch, The Maiden, and the Five Heroes which is scheduled to come out in Japan on December 11. Need more Chocobo themed mini-games? On the same day Square Enix will release Chocobo & Magic Books which has the most recent Chocobo game, Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales, and a soundtrack CD for 7,140 yen ($72), only 2,000 yen more than buying Chocobo and the Magic Storybook: The Witch, The Maiden, and the Five Heroes alone.

This collection of mini-games looks as diverse as the first Chocobo story book title. In one game you’re bouncing balls of a Chocobo’s head and in another you drag numbered cards over ghoulish warriors to defeat them. Here’s a look at over half of the mini-games in Chocobo and the Magic Storybook: The Witch, The Maiden, and the Five Heroes.
