More details about Konami’s Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan game slipped out of HMV. The retailer’s product page says Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan – Great War of a Hundred Gathering Demons has four player co-op and an online versus mode. Win an online battle and you can take the loser’s yokai.
Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan – Great War of a Hundred Gathering Demons has over 100 yokai in the game. Before a fight begins, you pair a yokai with a fighter. The yokai you choose effects your techniques and abilities. It sounds like picking the right combination is going to be a key element in the game. While the game draws upon material from up to the Kyoto chapter, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan has an original story that twists in surprising ways from the anime series.
Konami will release Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan – Great War of a Hundred Gathering Demons for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 17.
