D3 Publisher has confirmed that the Omega Labyrinth Life PC release will be based on the Nintendo Switch version of the game. This means it will include Bloom Break illustrations, touch events, Oppai Appraisal, every hot springs illustration, has Pai Touch Action, and includes the rock-paper-scissors minigame. It also has the uncut opening and ending movies.

Some other details have been confirmed for the Steam version of Omega Labyrinth Life. It will have achievements, trading cards, and will offer English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese language options.
