One Piece: Unlimited Adventure sets sail later this month

Namco Bandai is releasing the first in the series of One Piece games for the Wii on January 22 in North America. Japan got this back in April and I’m not complaining about the localization time (really!).

Before the announcement the fate of an international release was, at times, murky. Also seeing One Piece: Unlimited Adventure appear in English is a good indicator that Namco Bandai has an interest in localizing Luffy’s other adventures. Perhaps, the One Piece: Unlimited Cruise games scheduled to dock in Japan later this year will drift to North America afterwards.
