Nintendo has a small, but legal presence in mainland China under a different moniker. All of the products get an iQue sticker on them and once in a blue moon a new game comes out in Chinese. I think the latest one was Super Mario 64 DS, which was just shipped back in August. Talk about long localization times.
While the iQue label hasn't released too many games specifically for China they created two limited edition Game Boy Advance SPs for them. One is this awesome dragon Game Boy Advance SP, which may have been inspiration for the new dual colored Nintendo DS. The other was made to celebrate the Year of the Dog. Both must be pretty hard to get though because I have yet to see them on eBay. Even though I'll never play with it, I really want the Year of the Dog one.
