Notice how Xigbar’s fight command has a number next to it? After so many bullets fight changes to reload. Xigbar may attack in bursts then take short breaks while he reloads. Spells also have a consumable counter as seen in a multiplayer video. You can change the number of times Roxas can cast a spell like Cure by using the character customizing panel system and giving him more Cure magic panels.
