Atlus announced it will bring Yumi Kawamura, the original singer behind the tracks on Persona 3, FES, and Portable, back for new songs for the Reload soundtrack. These will be part of a free patch that debuts on October 23, 2025, the same day the game launches on the Switch 2. While they will not replace the Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice songs during the story and in pivotal moments, they can be swapped in for other situations. The patch will be available for every version of the game.
Eight Persona 3 and FES songs from Yumi Kawamura will be part of the update. This includes two versions of “Mass Destruction.” After grabbing the patch, it will be possible to head to the BGM Playlist menu in System Setting’s Config section. The Battle BGM, Boss Battle BGM, and Dungeon BGM can all use these versions of the tracks instead.
Here’s the full list of returning Persona 3 soundtrack songs:
- “Brand New Days”
- “Burn My Dread: Last Battle”
- “Deep Mentality”
- “Mass Destruction”
- “Mass Destruction: P3fes Version”
- “Memories of You”
- “Want to Be Close”
- “When the Moon’s Reaching Out Stars.”
Persona 3 Reload is out on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC now, and it will come to the Switch 2 on October 23, 2025. That’s also when the free patch will appear for all platforms with the eight original tracks.
