Bushiroad announced that about 10 months after the Oshi no Ko Part 1 crossover appeared in the Japanese version of Bang Dream, it will show up in English in the global version. Things kick off on August 27, 2025. As a reminder, this isn’t a full event, so we’ll just see things like two themed Spotlight Cards in the gacha and music from the Oshi no Ko anime.
This crossover originally started in Japan on October 4, 2025. Two five-star cards appeared in the gacha as part of it. One involved Aya Maruyama from Pastel Palettes dressed as Ai Hoshino. (That’s a “Cool” type card.) The other dressed up Kaoru Seta from Hello Happy World as Akane Kurokawa portraying Princess Saya from the Tokyo Blade stageplay in-series. (That is a “Pure” card.)
Here’s how all four of the official pieces of art from the Oshi no Ko Part 1 cards looked like when they appeared in Bang Dream Japan, and they should look identical in the English crossover in the global version. The ones on the left are normal, and the right are trained.

We also know one song from the Oshi no Ko anime will definitely be added to the game as part of the event. We will get to play through the Pastel Palettes cover of “Sign wa B.” The theme song “Idol” is already in the game.
Bang Dream is available on mobile devices worldwide, and the Oshi no Ko Part 1 crossover banner and music will debut on August 27, 2025. The Oshi no Ko anime is streaming on HIDIVE, and Yen Press handles the manga.
