Our World Is Ended’s Updated Version Adds 30% More Story With New Characters And Event CGs

5pb. shared additional details on the upcoming PS4, Switch, and PC versions of the 2017 PS Vita visual novel, Our World is Ended, including its full title, Japanese release date, and extra tidbits. [Thanks, Gamestalk.]

 

In Japan the updated version is called Judgment 7 –Our World is Ended.- where it’ll release on February 28, 2019 for 8,424 yen.

 

Publisher 5pb. says Our World is Ended was well-received on the PS Vita, and they’re looking to take it a step higher for the updated version with about 30% more text with about two million Japanese characters added to the main scenario. It features new characters, event CG for main and additional scenarios.

 

Other additions include a backlog jump function and a branch tree that lets you see visuals of the choices you’ve made. 5pb. says its goal with this release is to get fans of Steins;Gate and other Science Adventure series fans to check it out, as they feel that its story about an evil program that spreads into the real world is one they would like.

 

Our World is Ended releases in Japan on February 28, 2019 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The Switch version will be digital-only in Japan. The game comes to the West in 2019 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
