Pannacotta Fugo Will Be Free DLC For JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle

panCyberConnect2 has a thank you for the 425,718 people that bought JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle last week. Pannacotta Fugo will be released as a free DLC character on September 12. Other DLC characters like Shigechi are paid DLC.   The  game will receive a balance patch before that on September 10. Also, energy recovery will be 4x faster starting on September 6 at 5PM Japan time.
