PaRappa the Rapper Merchandise You Have to See to Believe

Sony teamed up with AMNIBUS to bring fans new PaRappa the Rapper merchandise. One of those products is a unisex, full-color printed coach jacket. Those who played the Japanese copy of the game on the PlayStation in 1996 will recall the design printed on the coach jacket, as it mirrors the illustration featured on the original disc. It will be available at the price of 9,800 yen ($69) excluding tax, and 10,780 yen ($75) including tax. Orders will be shipped sequentially from mid-November 2023.

Here’s a closer look at the jacket.

The illustrations printed on the front and back of the coach jacket are by Rodney Greenblat, the artist credited for the PaRappa the Rapper series. The coach jacket features a lightweight 100% nylon outer fabric. The body and sleeve lining are 100% polyester.

PaRappa the Rapper is celebrating its 27th anniversary in 2023. The colorful Sony PlayStation game spearheaded the rising popularity of the rhythm-game genre on the platform. Now, AMNIBUS is commemorating its legacy with an all-new line of products. Other PaRappa the Rapper merchandise including tote bags, acrylic stands, mugs, keychains and a wristwatch are also currently available for preorder.

The PaRappa the Rapper jacket by AMNIBUS is available to pre-order until September 11, 2023, and it will begin shipping in mid-November 2023.
