Mini Mario & Friends amiibo Challenge was one of the many titles that came up during today’s Nintendo Direct. In this free game, Nintendo 3DS and Wii U owners are able to tap compatible amiibo figures to play with the characters in Mario vs. Donkey Kong-inspired levels.

10 amiibo work with Mini Mario & Friends amiibo Challenge. They are Mario, Luigi, Peach, Rosalina, Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, Bowser Jr., Donkey Kong, and Diddy Kong. Each amiibo has its own levels, as well as abilities to get through those levels. In the Nintendo Direct, we saw that Mini Mario is able to wall jump. Rosalina has a Lunar Leap, a higher than usual jump, and Donkey Kong has a Quick Climb that helps him get up inclines.

Early access to Mini Mario & Friends amiibo Challenge will be available via Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop with any amiibo purchase on March 25, 2016. It will come to the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U eShop on April 28, 2016.
