Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 had a neat surprise for Persona fans. The in-game TV show "Who’s Who with Trish" gave players an update on characters from previous games. In Persona 4, the TV told players the weather forecast and at midnight who the next murder victim will be.
Persona 4: The Golden adds new content like a show that has artwork from series illustrator Shigenori Soejima, a month long special with anime clips, Hey Hey Hoo! Music King which has new songs, and a quiz show called "Midnight Quiz" hosted by Teddie. You can watch TV shows afterschool.
The PlayStation Vita version also has player profile cards, which are exchanged when you use the game’s rescue system. These keep track of the number of rescues you make, your handle name, a personal message, and let you pick your favorite character as an icon.
Teddie and Naoto have evolved personas too. Yamato Sumera Mikoto is Naoto’s and Kamuy-Mosir is for Teddie.
